    • There are many options available. We work mostly with programs that will allow up to 5% of the homes value in down payment assistance.

    • We have programs that fit for all ranges of income.

  • Is there a minimum credit score needed to qualify for down payment assistance?

    • Yes. Programs we work with will require a minimum 640 credit score.

    • Most programs do require a homebuyer course. These courses are online, free, and usually take less than 2 hopurs to complete.

    • Interest rates are set by either the assistance program or the lender offering the loan. These rates fluctuate with the market.
